DELIVERY

Delivery Information

At SOL TOWN, we aim to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. All orders are packed with care from our HQ and shipped via Royal Mail.

Processing Times

Orders are usually processed within two to five business days, Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. You will receive an email notification as soon as your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery

We currently offer delivery through Royal Mail. Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order.

Delivery usually takes between two to four working days from the date of dispatch, but please allow extra time during busy periods.

International Delivery

At this time, we only ship within the United Kingdom. International delivery will be available soon . keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.

Delayed Parcels

Please note that SOL TOWN cannot be held responsible for postal delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout.

Address Details

Please make sure your delivery address is entered correctly before completing your order. Once your order has been processed, we may not be able to make changes.

Returns & Refunds Policy

At SOL TOWN, we hope you love your purchase as much as we loved creating it.

If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returning Your Order

You can return your order within 30 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in their original condition

In the original packaging

Purchased directly from soltown.co.uk

Please email contact@soltown.co.uk before sending anything back so our team can confirm your return details and provide the correct return address.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or sent in error.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange a product (for example, if it arrived damaged), contact us first and we’ll arrange a replacement where possible.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email contact@soltown.co.uk within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

Important Information

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used tanning products.

You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service, as we can’t refund items lost in transit.
